2026 CDT Racquets Summit

Cliff Drysdale Tennis successfully organized another broad industry gathering

 2026 Racquets Summit Overview

Our fifth annual Racquets Summit was hosted May 17-20, 2026, at the stunning Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, bringing together approximately 100 attendees from across the globe for four days of learning, collaboration, and connection. What began as an internal company event has evolved into a broader industry gathering focused on the growth and development of racquet sports professionals at every level. Leaders, Directors, General Managers, and staff members traveled in from destinations including Dubai, Tokyo, Singapore, Panama, and Costa Rica, alongside representatives from across Cliff Drysdale Tennis and PBI Tennis’s international network. Industry leaders and partners* from organizations including Troon, USTA Coaching, Racquet Sports Professionals Association, and Professional Tennis Registry also joined us for this year’s event.

Centered around the core themes of Leadership, Hospitality, and Mentorship, the 2026 Racquets Summit featured our strongest and most intentionally curated speaker lineup to date. Through keynote presentations, interactive breakout sessions, afternoon roundtable discussions, and networking events, attendees explored new ideas and practical strategies designed to elevate both personal and professional growth across all areas of racquet sports operations.

The more intimate afternoon roundtables created opportunities for attendees to dive deeper into specific topics, exchange ideas with peers and industry leaders, and engage in meaningful conversations in a collaborative setting. The Summit represented a significant investment in the continued development and education of our people as we work together to grow as a company and advance the racquet sports industry as a whole.
