Court Club, backed by investor Paul Bernon, reimagines the private members club experience with pickleball, tennis, padel, and elevated lifestyle amenities in South Florida

Court Club, a boutique racquet and wellness club, is set to bring a modern, private club experience to South Florida as interest in pickleball, padel, and tennis continues to surge nationwide.

The five-acre, members-only destination is designed around a family-first philosophy, offering a space that is wellness-focused, effortlessly social, and rooted in the timeless charm of West Palm Beach.

Positioned as an elevated escape to gather and unwind, Court Club will feature a curated mix of racquet sports, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities. The development reflects the continued growth of multi-sport club concepts across South Florida, where demand for high-quality, private athletic and social spaces has accelerated in recent years.

Planned amenities include multiple courts for pickleball, padel, and tennis, alongside a central clubhouse, dining areas, fitness facilities, spa services, and a resort-style swimming pool for members and their families.

The new project is backed by a group of experienced developers and investors including Paul Bernon, Court Club cofounders/partners Gary Sheinbaum, Danny Sheinbaum, and John Lewis, in addition to Ned Grace, Sam Grace, Nick Coniglio, and Terry Sanford. The project is managed by NDT Development.

Building on his broader investment strategy, investor Paul Bernon has been actively building a diversified portfolio across both real estate and professional sports. His recent investments include involvement with the US Open of Pickleball, as well as ownership stakes in teams such as California Legion Rugby, and Angel City FC. Together, these strategic investments reflect Bernon’s commitment to growing both premier sports properties and lifestyle-driven destinations, positioning Court Club at the intersection of athletic culture, community, and long-term development.

Court Club represents a modern approach to private club living and one that prioritizes connection, wellness, and community. This is a space where people can come together, stay active, and enjoy an elevated experience. 

The project adds to a growing wave of development across West Palm Beach and South Florida centered on private clubs and racquet sports, reflecting continued interest in concepts that bring together sport, social connection, and hospitality. As pickleball continues its rapid rise across Florida, Court Club aligns with a new generation of racquet destinations that move beyond traditional facilities to create environments where play, leisure, and connection are all part of the same experience.

Court Club will draw from Palm Beach architectural influences while incorporating a relaxed Old Florida character, combining refined and casual elements. Membership will be offered through a private model, with a $45,000 initiation fee and $9,500 in annual dues.

Court Club is currently taking shape, with its highly anticipated March 2027 debut.
