Re: The Boardroom - Racquets Reimagined

The "all-boys club" has returned. There are some incredible women doing amazing work in our industry, and yet they put this up. Several of them, I am sure, are DCA members. So then the industry wants more female coaches and DoRS, and yet treats those that are crushing it like this. No recognition for what they are doing.

The comments of them in the post remind me of that scene in Titanic where Rose tells Jack that Cal and these men "all retreat to a cloud of smoke (smoking room) and congratulate each other on being masters of the universe."

It's hard to believe it's 2026 and this is still going on.

Every morning when I look at the sports news, I say. 

Thank goodness for the WNBA.

The Commish lives in the minds of all tennis professionals, tennis players, and tennis organizers, everyone with a clear and logical thought process.
